Hello!
This is where you can start a thread to ask a question about our services, report a bug, make suggestions.. you get the point . I'll try my best to help you.

Please note that there are some categories like the "Suggestions And Requests" area. Please try to post in the appropriate categories first as we will be adding more categories in the future.

Some things to include in your question:

• Can you get us the link of the page you are viewing? Usually there is a share link on the bottom left of the page.
• Could you explain the steps to reproduce the bug?
• Are there any errors showing? Usually it's a text description with some weird code.
• If it takes us a while to get to you, did you check the previous threads or the help videos?
• Most importantly, what device are you using? Iphone? Android? Phone model? Laptop? Potato?
